Overview For Return/Refund

Before placing an order on our website, please read our return or exchange policy.

We ship your product to you only after we check and satisfy you.

  • Please make a short but complete un-boxing video of any parcel you receive from ordering on our website. Otherwise you will not be able to return or claim the product.
  • If your purchased product reaches your address and at the same time your mood changes and you do not receive the parcel or return it unopened. So in this case the remaining amount will be returned to you after deducting the delivery charges.

Note: Upon product return, the refund amount will be credited to your account after checking its packaging.

  • If you received the parcel and opened it and found everything in good condition. Now after opening the parcel and checking the product, you don’t like the product. So in this case the product key will not be returned.
  • If you claim that you have received a wrong or damaged product, your claim will only be accepted if you make a video of the opening of the parcel. It is your responsibility to make a video while opening the parcel, otherwise your claim will not be accepted.
  • The problem must be clearly described in the video with pictures of the front and back of the shipping label and please send your claims and complaints to our email or WhatsApp with full proof within 12 hours of receiving the parcel. Any claim made by you after the stipulated time will not be entertained.
  • To claim a refund, the product sent must be in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Non-returnable products

Based on health, safety and security principles, we have established a condition that certain products listed below will not be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

  • Hair removers, epilators, shavers, trimmers, dental care products and cosmetics (eg toothbrushes, mouthguards, scalers, oral irrigators, tooth polish and whiteners, cosmetics, toothpaste), ear care, hair wax and Condition and Feminine Hygiene Products etc.

Note: Once the packaging is opened or the product is used, we cannot return or exchange these products due to policy restrictions. These special rules are for our health, cleanliness and safety.

What is the procedure for getting a refund?

  • We will automatically notify you whenever your parcel is returned to us. The refund will be credited back to your account from which you paid for the order.
  • You can also provide Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash or Bank account details for refund amount. InshaAllah the refund will be sent to you within 10 to 15 hours. Packaging and delivery charges will not be refunded.
