Refund & Return Policy

Sada Shop mein hum apne customers ki satisfaction ko sabse pehle rakhte hain. Agar aap apni kharidari se completely satisfied nahi hain, toh hamari Refund & Return Policy aap ke liye simple aur hassle-free process provide karti hai.

1. Return Eligibility (Wapas Karne ke Liye Shartein)

Aap return ya refund tab request kar sakte hain agar:

  • Product unused ho, original packaging mein ho aur bilkul waisi condition mein ho jaisi aap ne receive ki.

  • Return request receive hone ke 14 din ke andar ki gayi ho.

  • Item personalized, perishable, ya non-returnable na ho (ye exceptions product page par mention hongi).

2. Refund Process (Paise Wapas Karne ka Tareeqa)

  • Jab aapka return receive aur inspect ho jaye, hum aapko refund approve ya reject hone ki notification bhejenge.

  • Approved refunds 7 business days ke andar process kiye jayenge, aur paise wahi payment method se wapas jayenge jo purchase ke waqt use hui thi.

  • Shipping charges non-refundable hain, jab tak item damaged ya galat na ho.

3. Return Shipping (Wapas Ship Karna)

  • Customers ko return shipping charges khud bear karne honge, except defective ya wrong items ke liye.

  • Item ko securely package karein taake wapas bhejte waqt damage na ho.

  • Return ke liye trackable shipping service use karna recommended hai.

4. Damaged ya Wrong Items (Toote ya Galat Item)

  • Agar aapko defective ya galat product mile, turant contact karein: info@sadashop.pk ke through order details aur item ki photos bhej kar.

  • Hum replacement ya full refund free of charge arrange karenge.

5. Partial Refunds (Hissa Wapas)

  • Partial refunds tab mil sakte hain agar item original condition mein na ho, damaged ho, ya koi part missing ho.

  • Missing accessories ya items ki value refund se deduct ki jayegi.
